Getting reviews from your clients

We ask the morning after the party. Here is who gets asked, and what shows on your page.

The best time to ask is while the party is still fresh, so we ask the morning after it — your morning, in your own time zone.

You do not set any of that up. A booking becomes askable once its party is done and your page is live; until both are true there is nothing to ask about.

Open More, then Your storefront, for Review requests: who has been asked, who is next, and who has left you one. Ask now if you would rather not wait for the daily run, or say "Don’t ask" for a client you would rather leave alone.

If we could not confirm the email went, the row says so and offers to send it again. Sending it again could ask that client twice — that is your call, which is why we do not make it for you.

A review comes from a real booking, in your client’s own words, and goes straight to your page. If one should not be up there, get in touch and we will take a look.

Photos are the other way round. A photo your client sends shows nothing until you approve it: tap "Show it" to put it on your page, "Leave it off" to keep it down. Both decisions can be undone later.

Have a Google listing? Paste your Google Place ID on the same screen and your page shows your Google star rating on its own line, linked to your listing. We never mix it into your BounceDay rating. Leave it blank and no Google rating shows.
