For bounce-house & party-rental operators

Booked while you sleep. Paid before you deliver.

Parents plan parties at 9pm — and your storefront is open. They pick a free date, sign the waiver, and put the deposit down. You wake up to bookings instead of voicemails.

Free is 3 units and 5 bookings a month — no card, no countdown.

How it works

Photograph it once. Get booked from anywhere. Let Saturday run itself.

  1. An operator stands a few steps back in a storage unit, holding up a phone to photograph rolled and folded inflatables racked on pallet shelves.1

    Photograph the fleet

Snap each unit in the driveway. Its listing comes back drafted — name, type, dimensions — and nothing goes live until you approve it.

  2. An operator sits in the cab of a cargo van checking a phone against the steering wheel, coiled tie-down straps on the passenger seat and a sunlit driveway beyond.2

    Get booked from anywhere

Your storefront takes bookings around the clock — or you build the quote from the truck and send it yourself.

  3. A fully inflated bounce house staked on a suburban front lawn, an operator walking the perimeter to finish the setup, the delivery van parked at the curb behind.3

    Let Saturday run itself

Open Today: your stops, in order. Photo-stamp anchors, blowers, clearances as you go. Works offline; syncs on signal.

  4. A golden-hour tailgate flat-lay: a clipboard, work gloves, a coiled ratchet strap, and a phone laid face-down — the day done and documented.4

    Walk away with the receipts

Every checklist becomes an insurer-ready setup record. Weather flags with a one-tap reschedule. Per-unit P&L.

Your storefront

It’s 9pm. You’re at dinner. You just got booked.

One link — text it, pin it to your page, paint it on the truck. Renters browse your fleet, pick a date that’s actually free, and put money down. Nothing dies in a missed call.

You set the rules

Your deposit — full, a percent, flat, or none. Your weekdays, your blackout dates. Paid secures the hold; everything else waits for your tap.

Double-booking is impossible

Every date is conflict-checked against your fleet. A unit already out that Saturday can’t be booked twice, and days you’ve blacked out gray off the calendar.

From the truck

No deposit, no date.

The rule you’ve always wanted to enforce — enforced. Quotes go out with the contract, waiver, and weather policy inside; the deposit comes back before the date leaves your calendar.

Your money lands in your own accounts — never in a BounceDay balance. That holds for the deposit, the rental, and every charge you add on top — a damage waiver, a generator, an attendant.

Taking that card or bank payment inside BounceDay is on every plan, Free included. We charge a published BounceDay platform fee on what you collect. See the whole rate card.

The trust artifact

If it isn’t photographed, it isn’t set up.

Photo-stamp every anchor, blower, and clearance as you run the ordered stops offline on Solo and up. Each finished checklist becomes a formal setup record — a real PDF an insurer, a school, or a city will actually accept.

Recorded by you — BounceDay records completion; it does not certify safety. Your checklists are your own templates; the safety standards in them are yours, not ours.

Weather

We flag, you decide.

On Pro and up we check the forecast against your bookings on a schedule, every hour. When rain or wind crosses your own threshold, a flag shows the raw NWS forecast, the moment we pulled it, and the number you set — then a one-tap, policy-correct reschedule offer you send when you decide to.

A close-up of gloved hands setting a ground stake and ratchet strap at the base of an inflatable.

Know your fleet

Which units earn their garage space

At season close you know exactly what to run more of, and what to sell — per-unit P&L, on Pro and up, pulls revenue, utilization, and repair-and-cleaning cost together, down to the penny.

And you can export all of it, free, any time. The record walks with you.

Our promises to operators

The big-name tools monetize friction — setup fees, hosting fees, and a contract you can’t walk away from. We charge a monthly price and a published platform fee on money you collect through us, and nothing else. These five promises are the rest of it, in writing.

One flat monthly — no per-unit pricing, no setup or hosting fees.

Unlimited bookings on every paid tier. No setup fee, no hosting fee — the price is published right here.

Your money lands in accounts you own.

Your money lands in your own accounts — never in a BounceDay balance. The amounts in the app are records of money that is already yours.

Your data walks free — export everything, always.

Export everything you have as JSON or CSV, free, on every tier, forever: fleet, bookings, contracts, setup records (watermarked on Free), and the per-unit P&L history you build on Pro and up. No lock-in in either direction.

We record completion; we never certify safety.

Checklists are your own templates; we never make a safety claim on your behalf.

Weather flags on Pro and up: the raw NWS forecast, when we pulled it, and your own threshold — you decide. We never auto-cancel.

A weather flag, on Pro and up, shows the raw NWS forecast, when we pulled it, and your own threshold; then the decision is yours. We never auto-cancel and never auto-reschedule, on any plan.

Questions, answered.

Do you take a cut of my bookings?

Your plan is one flat monthly price. Card payments carry the processor’s rate plus a small BounceDay platform fee — 2% on Free, 1% on Solo, 0.5% on Pro and Crew — settled at payment time. It applies only to money you collect through BounceDay.

Where does the money actually go?

Your money lands in your own accounts — never in a BounceDay balance. Deposits and the charges you add settle to accounts you own.

What happens when it rains?

On Pro and up you get a flag with the raw NWS forecast and the threshold you set, plus a one-tap reschedule offer, which you send.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Free is 3 units and 5 bookings a month — no card, no countdown. Upgrade when the calendar fills.

I already have a website.

Perfect — your storefront is one link. Put it behind your Book Now button, pin it to your page, text it to whoever asks. It works with whatever you have.

What if I leave?

Export everything — bookings, contracts, setup records (watermarked on Free), and the P&L history you build on Pro and up — free, on every tier. The record walks with you.

One flat monthly. No per-unit pricing.
