Delivery & setup
We deliver up to 30 miles from Springfield, IL. The first 12 miles are included; past that it's $2.00 a mile. Yes. We deliver it, set it up, and come back for it afterwards — you do not need to lift anything.
Payment
You get a written quote with the total and any deposit on it before anything is booked.
Weather
Rain is part of this business. Get in touch as soon as the forecast looks bad and we will sort the date out with you — the rental agreement you sign spells out our weather policy in full. Cancel more than seven days out and we move your deposit to another date.
Booking ahead
Most bookings here are made about 3 weeks ahead. Popular dates go earlier than that, so it is worth asking as soon as you have a date.
Cleaning
Every unit is scrubbed, disinfected and dried before it goes back on the truck.
Insurance
We carry liability cover and can send a certificate to your park or venue.
What does a typical party cost?
Most parties here run $150.00–$320.00, delivery included inside 12 miles. Your number depends on which units you pick, your date, and where you are.
What do we need to have ready?
A mostly-flat spot big enough for the unit, a way in that a rolled-up unit fits through, and a standard outlet within reach. Every unit lists its own space and power above.
Can you set up at a park?
Yes — we set up at the district parks most weekends. They have no power, so add the generator, and the park office needs a permit about a week out. Tell us which park and we will handle the rest.

Setup & access
What each unit needs on the day.
Space: the biggest unit here wants about 40 × 12 ft of mostly-flat ground.
Power: one standard household outlet per blower — most units use one, 2 use two or more.
- Princess Bounce House — Standard 15 × 15 ft footprint. Grass or concrete both fine.
- Toddler Fun Zone — Low walls so a parent can reach in. Indoors is fine with 9 ft ceilings.
- Castle Combo Bounce — Needs a flat 20 × 18 ft patch and an outlet within 100 ft.
- Sports Arena Combo — Wants 24 × 20 ft. Corner stakes need soil — we bring water ballast for concrete.
- Tropical Wet Slide 18ft — Hose access within 50 ft. Slopes away from the house, never toward it.
- Obstacle Course 40ft — 45 ft of clear run. Two blowers, two separate circuits.
- Dunk Tank — Needs a garden hose within 50 ft and a level pad to fill on.
- Yard Games Pack — Cornhole, a giant tumble tower and ring toss. Any flat grass will do.
- Frame Tent 20 × 20 — Stakes into grass; ask about ballast if it is going on asphalt.
- Tables & Chairs Set — Six 6-ft tables and 36 folding chairs per set. Delivered stacked.
