Adding drivers and staff to your business
Seats, the two roles, and how to show each person only the runs they are on.
When it stops being only you, a team comes with Crew. Open More, then Business profile, then Team — only the owner of the business sees it.
Crew comes with three seats. You can buy more on top, up to fifteen people in total; the screen takes you to the web to do it.
Invite someone by email. A pending invite holds a seat from the moment you send it, so your seat count matches what you have promised rather than only what has been accepted. Revoke an invite and the seat comes back.
There are two roles besides you: staff and driver.
Turn on "Show each person only their runs" and staff and drivers see only the runs you put them on. With it off, everyone on the team sees every run for the day. You see all of them either way.
Someone off for a while? Pause their access rather than removing them. They can still sign in and they see nothing, and one tap restores them.
Removing someone frees their seat.
