Plans, billing, and the off-season pause
Upgrade on the web; pause for $9 a month instead of cancelling.
Pick a plan in Settings. Checkout and billing happen on our website — you tap Upgrade, finish in your browser, and come back.
No setup fees and no hosting fees, and any price change comes with at least 30 days’ notice.
Separately from your plan, if you collect your clients’ money through BounceDay we take a platform fee on what you collect: 2% on Free, 1% on Solo, and 0.5% on Pro and Crew — card or bank transfer alike. Collect on your own payment links instead and there is no platform fee. See “What the platform fee is” for the whole of it.
Winter slow? Instead of cancelling, pause for $9/mo. You keep read-only access to your contracts, setup records, and next season’s rebooking list. Your P&L history stays readable too — P&L comes with Pro and up, so there is history to keep if you were on it.
While paused you cannot create bookings, run day-of, or send quotes — one tap resumes your old plan in spring.
Your data walks free either way: export everything to JSON or CSV on any plan, forever.
