Setting up and publishing your page

What goes on your public booking page, and the three things you need before it can go live.

Your page is a real booking page at your own link — your units, your photos, your prices, your reviews, your delivery area. It comes straight from what is already in BounceDay, so you never retype any of it.

Every plan gets one, including Free. On Free the page carries a small "Powered by BounceDay" line at the foot; paid plans drop that line.

First, claim your link. Open Settings, then Storefront, and pick the address your page lives at. Until you claim it there is nowhere for the page to be.

Three things have to be in place before you can publish: ten photos across the units you are showing, three words that describe your business, and a short About paragraph. The publish switch stays off until all three are done, and the screen tells you which one is missing.

Ten photos is an org-wide count, and there is a limit of eight photos per unit — so ten needs at least two units on your page. One unit can never reach the gate.

When the gate is met, flip Publish. The page goes live immediately and search engines are allowed to index it. Unpublish any time, with no conditions — that switch is never blocked.

Use "Preview as a client" to see exactly what a customer sees before you send anyone. What you see there is what ships.

A customer picks a date, sees which of your units are already booked that day, picks what they want, and sends you a request. It arrives in your inbox quarantined — nothing on your page holds a unit and nothing is booked until you accept.

On a paid plan your photos also become galleries: every photo of every unit opens full-screen and each unit shows how many shots you have. On Free those are simply not there — nothing is locked or blurred, so your page never looks like a paywall.
