E-sign and deposits

Send a signable contract and take the deposit at signature — on Solo and up. Card, bank transfer, or your own payment link.

Build a quote, then Send quote. Your client opens a page with your brand, the weather policy, and the safety waiver right above the signature.

They type their name to sign. You get a notification the moment they do.

The moment they sign, the deposit is due on the same page. They can pay by card or by bank transfer, and the charge is made on your own account — your name is on it, and there is no BounceDay balance in between. We take a platform fee off your side of that charge; your client pays exactly what your quote says.

You can also add your own payment links in Settings — Venmo, Cash App, your card reader — and let clients pay you there instead. We take nothing on them. Your links only show to the client after they accept.

Nothing is ever charged before a signature. Charging comes after signing, always, and that order is not configurable.

E-sign and deposit-at-signature come with Solo and up. Taking card and bank payments does not — that works on every plan, including Free; the plan changes the fee, not the ability.
