Changing a booking after you sent it

What a signature freezes, what stays yours to edit, and how to move a date.

Open the booking and tap Edit. Before your client signs, all of it is yours to change.

A signature freezes the terms — the date, the units, and the prices are what your client agreed to. To move any of those, reschedule the booking or send a new version; the screen names the path for you.

What a signature has no opinion about stays yours: the event address your driver works from, and your own notes for your crew — gate code, where to set up, who to ask for. Those keep a real form on a signed booking.

Moving a date re-checks availability before anything moves. See "Never double-booking a unit" for what that check covers.

A cancelled booking cannot be edited at all. Each locked booking tells you its own reason rather than giving them all the same one.

Editing a booking never moves money. If a client has already paid and the change means they are owed some back, see "Deposits, balances, and refunds".
