How far you deliver, and what you charge to get there

Set a free radius, a per-mile rate, and the furthest you will go — then the charge works itself out.

Most operators deliver free close to home and charge by the mile after that. Open More, then Delivery, and that is the shape you set: how many miles are free, what you charge per mile after those, and the furthest you deliver.

Give the screen the address you deliver FROM — street, city, state. Every distance is measured from there, so this is the one field the rest of it depends on.

When the address is placed on the map, the delivery charge is worked out for each booking and added for you. Miles inside your free radius cost nothing.

Leave "Furthest you deliver" blank and nothing is ever out of area — we will price any address, however far. Fill it in and an address past it is marked out of area, so you find out before you have promised anybody anything.

If we cannot place an address on the map, we say so rather than guessing a distance. Each booking then asks you to confirm the delivery amount yourself.

Turn delivery charging off and no delivery charge is added to a booking. You can still bill it as one of your own charges.

Instant book depends on this. Until an address can be measured against an area you have stated, there is nothing for it to say yes against.
