Damage waivers, generators, and your other charges
Set up the extras that ride alongside the rental once, then add them to a quote in a tap.
A charge is anything you bill that is not the unit itself — a damage waiver, a generator, an attendant, a setup surcharge. Set them up once under More, then Charges.
A charge is worked out one of three ways: a flat amount, an amount times how many, or a percent of the rentals on that booking.
A per-how-many charge asks for the quantity you usually bill, so the common case is already filled in when you add it to a booking. Change it there when a job is different.
Each charge carries how it is taxed. Leave it on your default unless this one is different, and sales tax works itself out on every quote that uses it.
Charges need names you can tell apart. If you already use a name, this one needs a different one — your client reads that name on their document.
