What a unit costs you, and where it has been
Log repairs and cleaning against the unit that needed them, and read every party it has worked.
Open Fleet and tap a unit. Two things live under it that the rest of the app reads: what that unit has cost you, and every booking it has been on.
Add a cost the day it happens. Tap Add a cost, put in the amount, and leave a note — "Patched seam on slide" is worth more next spring than a number on its own.
Costs logged here are the repair and cleaning side of that unit’s numbers. Skip them and the unit looks like it earns more than it does.
Tap All bookings to read every party that unit has worked.
Retiring a unit? Archive it rather than deleting it. The bookings it was on stay where they are, and archiving is what frees room against your plan’s unit limit.
