Something is stuck, or a photo would not read
What queues on your phone, how to tell it is moving, and what to do when it is not.
Big backyards have no signal, so the app is built for that. Two things queue on your phone: the photos you take of a unit, and everything you do in day-of — check-offs, setup photos, marking a unit delivered.
A badge shows what is still waiting. It clears itself once you are back on signal. There is nothing to press and nothing to send by hand.
Still waiting after you are back online? Close the app and open it again, then leave that screen open for a moment while it catches up.
A queue that will not move on a strong signal is worth an email to us. Tell us the booking date and we will look at it from our side.
A photo we could not read is not counted as one of your reads — take another one and try again. A unit reads best inflated, and one unit per set of shots: a photo with three bounce houses in it gives us nothing to name.
Your plan includes a number of camera reads each month. On Free and Solo that is a limit you can reach. On Pro and Crew the number is there to catch something going wrong, not to stop your day — you get a warning, never a wall.
