Getting started: your first booking
The whole loop, start to finish — add a unit, book it, send the quote, run day-of.
New here? Here is the whole loop, start to finish. Free runs all of it except two steps: e-sign and the ordered day-of run both come with Solo and up.
Add a unit. Open Fleet and tap Add unit. Photograph one bounce house — we draft the listing, you set the price and tap Add. It never joins your fleet until you do.
Make a booking. Pick a date, add your client, and add the unit. We check availability the moment you add it, so you never double-book.
Send the quote. Build the quote and tap Send quote. Your client opens a page with your brand, weather policy, and safety waiver. On Solo and up they sign by typing their name right there.
Take the deposit. Your client can pay by card or bank transfer right on that page, and the money lands in your own account. Prefer your own payment link — Venmo, Cash App, your card reader? Add it in Settings and use that instead; we take nothing on them.
Run day-of. Work the setup checklist and photograph the setup — that part is on every plan. Open Today for your ordered stops when you have more than one that day; the ordered run comes with Solo and up. It all works with no signal and syncs when you are back online.
That is the loop. Free covers 5 new bookings a month; upgrade to Solo for unlimited when you are ready.
