Here is the honest version — what it ships today, what its own branding promises but doesn’t yet deliver, and where a weather-first approach pulls ahead.
The honest state
Purpose-built for bounce-house operators — and only a few months old
PartyFlow (from rAIn Automation) is a US company — an Atlanta, Georgia LLC founded in 2025 — and its site was registered in April 2026, which is where its production history starts. Its copy leans on UK-flavored packaging ("bouncy castle", VAT/GDPR), but the entity and its pricing are American.
It is purpose-built for inflatable rentals and ships a real feature set: delivery routing, a driver web portal, native SMS, and monetized damage waivers — a checkout fee the operator keeps. What it does not ship is the part an operator leans on when Saturday’s sky turns.
The honest caveat: despite the "rAIn" weather branding, no weather feature ships yet, there are no mobile apps, no public changelog, and no verifiable customers on the record. It is early. That is not a knock on the idea — it is a note about maturity.

What to check before you commit
- Whether the weather workflow the branding implies actually exists yet — as of our July 2026 review, no weather feature ships.
- Whether there’s a native day-of app for the driveway — the record shows a web driver portal, not mobile apps.
- How much production history the tool has behind it — a few-months-old product with no verifiable customers is an early bet, however promising.
