Never double-booking a unit

When you add a unit to a booking, we check it against every other booking on that date and window — plus your turnaround time.

If it is already booked, you will see which booking it collides with and a chip or two to swap to a free unit of the same kind.

The block is enforced in the database, not just the screen — a double-booked Saturday can never slip through.

A reschedule re-checks the new date the same way. If the new date conflicts, we tell you before anything moves.
