Didn’t get your sign-in code?

Your code comes by email, every time. Here is how to get it when it is slow.

BounceDay is passwordless — we email a code every time. No password to forget.

“Every time” is rarer than it sounds: you stay signed in on this device until you sign out, so a code only comes up on a new device or after signing out.

Enter your email, then tap Send sign-in code. A 6-digit code lands in your inbox in a few seconds.

No code? Check your spam and promotions folders first, and confirm the email is the one on your account.

Codes are single-use and short-lived — they expire after about an hour, and a new one replaces the last. Tap Resend code and use the newest email.

If you see “Too fast — give it a few seconds and try again,” that is our rate limit. Wait about a minute, then resend.

The email carries a 6-digit number, not a link. If you got a link instead, that is a setup problem on our end, not yours — contact support and we will fix it.
