Your client says the quote email never arrived

The quote and reschedule offer go to your client by email. Check, resend, or share the link yourself.

BounceDay emails your client from a booking in two moments: when you send the quote, and when you offer a weather reschedule. Both link the same page where your client signs.

First, check the client’s email address on the booking. A typo is the usual cause — fix it, then send again.

Resend from the booking: open it and tap Send quote again. A fresh send goes out. An exact repeat of the same send is skipped, so your client never gets doubles.

Ask them to check their spam and promotions folders. The email comes from your BounceDay sending address.

The email is a backup, not the only path — you can share the same client page by text straight from the booking. Sharing the link yourself always works, even when email is slow.

Still nothing? Contact support with the booking date and the client’s email and we will trace the send.
