Good to know
Delivery & setup
We deliver up to 50 miles from Parkland, FL. The first 10 miles are included; past that it's $5.00 a mile. Yes. We deliver it, set it up, and come back for it afterwards — you do not need to lift anything.
Payment
You get a written quote with the total and any deposit on it before anything is booked. Nothing is charged when you ask about a date.
Weather
Rain is part of this business. Get in touch as soon as the forecast looks bad and we will sort the date out with you — the rental agreement you sign spells out our weather policy in full.
Booking ahead
The earlier the better on a Saturday. Send us your date and we will tell you what is still open.
What does a typical party cost?
Units start at $59.00 a day. What you pay depends on which units you pick, your date, and where you are.
What do we need to have ready?
A mostly-flat spot big enough for the unit, a way in that a rolled-up unit fits through, and a standard outlet within reach. Every unit lists its own space and power above.
Can you set up at a park?
Usually. Parks rarely have power, so those setups need a generator, and some need a permit from the county. Tell us which park and we will tell you what it takes.
Setup & access
What each unit needs on the day.
Space: the biggest unit here wants about 20 × 20 ft of mostly-flat ground.
Power: one standard household outlet per unit, within reach of the setup spot.
- Backyard Games Pack — Cornhole, giant Jenga, ring toss, ladder golf.
- Event Tent 20×20 — Stake-down on grass; weight kits for concrete add $40.
- Meadow Castle Bouncer — Needs a 17×17 ft grass patch and one standard outlet within 75 ft.
- Mobile Bar Cart — Serve-yourself drinks station. Ice bins included; you bring the drinks.
- Party Photo Booth — Indoor or covered outdoor. Prints + digital copies included.
- Splash Dunk Tank — We fill on site — hose hookup required. 500 gal.
- Tables & Chairs — seats 40 — Five 8-ft banquet tables + 40 folding chairs, wiped and ready.
